Do you hate being stuck inside on a rainy day in the school holidays?
Actually factually Angelica and I love
an inside day to get crafty.
Today we're making tote-bags
out of old jean-shorts. It's easy -
you just:
1. turn them inside out
1a. might want to make sure they're
cleanish.
2. sew up the legs
3. turn back the right way
4. add a strap of ribbon, or finger
knitting or braided string.
5. add badges, sew on cool buttons
or old material in the shape of flowers,
or sequins or write your name in
glitter pen.
6. & hey presto a mintage new bag!
7. get your mum to take you shopping
hee hee. have fun LMx

Have I told you about my most
absolutely embarrassing nick-
name (who is nick anyway?).
Wait for it....Smallstuff. Yep
cringe factor high. Especially
since I am tall and getting
taller. This tallness is useful when
I'm doing cartwheels on
the front lawn. I can do 7 all
linked together. But why can't
my parents see that I am not
small anymore.
Smallstuff - is in fact a major
oxymoron. I'm not the moron,
my nickname is. Mum says her
nickname was Bimbo, so what
have I got to complain about?

Jeepers - we're almost on the count-
down for father Christmas...
Angel is in the biggest trouble - she
just covered her entire body in mums
best face bronzer, then painted her
nails with black permanent marker. She
said she wanted to be an oompa
loompa, she looked more like an
orange with dead fingernails. Mum
said, 'Angelica you are no Angel, I
wished I'd named you Harmony or
Destiny or Hope or River or even Ann.'
I said, 'too late, she's only just learned
how to write Angelica properly.'
Mum said, 'Lily Max - help her wash
it off please.' Sisters.....
Yes this sharing a room business,
with my sister Angelica, started
approximately one year ago.
She and Rocco had to be
separated. Dad was
'sick-n-tired' of Rocco
screaming down the hall
after lights out, with ribbons
glued into his hair, wearing
a tutu and a leotard. "He's not
a mannequin Angelica. Pick
on someone your own size."
Does anyone out there have to
share a room with their sister??
My room is always a total mess of paper, glue and bits of stuff.
This morning mum said (well shouted really).
"Glory-be Lily Max, will you please tidy
your room!"
I said, "Mum, it's on my to-do list."
She said, "Arghghgh I give up."

Actually Greer was my best friend.
She has moved to another town and
is impossible to keep in touch with.

She promised me should would
send me a proper in the post letter
